Qiao is provided as-is. We do our best to keep every reminder, checklist, and location accurate, but you are ultimately responsible for your own registrations, visas, and deadlines.

We can suspend accounts that abuse the service (fraud, spam, or content that violates local laws). You can always leave: delete your account from Settings.
