What we do with your contact
We keep your name and the one way to reach you, and use it for exactly what you asked: a message when that thing is live. Nothing is sold, shared or added to a newsletter. Write to support@qiaoguide.com and we delete it the same day.

When does the Qiao beta start?
This autumn, in waves — the list is the order we invite people in. The full version follows in winter, on iOS and Android at the same time.
Is the beta free?
Yes. The app is free during the beta, and the free tier stays free after launch. Paid services — the Pass, insurance, the bank account, Admission — are each bought on their own, only if you want them.
How will you contact me?
Exactly the way you pick on the form: Telegram, WeChat, WhatsApp, email or a call. Once, when the thing you asked about is live. Nothing before that and no newsletter after.
Can I sign up for more than one thing?
Yes — fill the form once per thing. Most people ask for the app and one service. Each is its own message when it is ready.
I am not in China yet. Is this for me?
Especially. Qiao is built for the months before and after you land — the beta is the best time to set the checklist up from home, and Admission exists for people still choosing a university.
