Qiao Admission

Get into a Chinese university without the guesswork.

Choosing a university in China from abroad means a hundred tabs, half of them in Chinese, and deadlines nobody tells you about. Tell us what you want to study and roughly what you can spend — we shortlist the universities that actually fit, prepare the application with you, and stay on every deadline until the offer letter arrives.

  • A shortlist of real options for your level, language and budget
  • The application, documents and translations prepared with you
  • Every deadline tracked — and the same adviser from first message to offer

Apply via Qiao

Tell us what you want to study, roughly what you can spend and when you would like to start. We hand-pick universities, run the paperwork and track every deadline through to your offer letter. One form, one reply — from a person.

How it works

Three steps to an offer letter.

You fill one short form. The rest is a conversation with a person who has done this before.

01

Shortlist

Within two working days an adviser writes back with universities that match your level, language and budget — with tuition, requirements and the scholarships worth trying.

02

Apply

We prepare the application together: forms, documents, translations, the study plan. You review, we submit, and nothing is sent without you.

03

Land

Deadlines, replies from the international office, the admission letter, the JW202 and the visa. Then the Qiao app takes over with your first weeks in China.

What is included

One service, no surprises.

  • A shortlist of universities matched to you — not the ones that pay agencies
  • Application forms, document checklist and translations
  • Scholarship applications where you qualify (CSC, provincial, university)
  • Deadline tracking and follow-ups with the international office
  • Admission letter, JW202 and visa paperwork
  • The Qiao app plan for your first weeks in China
What we do with your details

We keep your name, the one way to reach you and what you told us about your plans, and use it for exactly one thing: replying about your application. Nothing is sold, shared or added to a newsletter. Write to support@qiaoguide.com and we delete it the same day.

Questions

Before you send the form.

What does Qiao Admission cost?

The first conversation and the shortlist are free. If you go ahead, the fee depends on the programme and how much of the paperwork you want done for you — the adviser names it before anything is signed, and nothing is charged before that.

Which universities can I apply to?

Any university in mainland China that admits international students. We start from what fits you — level, language of instruction, budget, city — not from a partner list.

I do not speak Chinese. Is that a problem?

No. Hundreds of degree programmes are taught in English, and a year of Chinese language study is a common route into a Chinese-taught degree. Pick "English" or "Either" on the form and we shortlist accordingly.

How fast will you reply?

Usually within two working days, the way you chose on the form — Telegram, WeChat, WhatsApp, email or a call.

Can I apply for a scholarship?

Often, yes. The Chinese Government Scholarship, provincial and university scholarships each have their own deadlines and requirements; the adviser tells you which ones are realistic for your profile and prepares those applications with you.
